Welcome to Meetwisely

Group scheduling is one of those problems everyone has and nobody wants to solve. Somebody sends an email thread. Somebody else replies with three options. Somebody else never replies. Two weeks later you're still trying to pick a Tuesday.

We built Meetwisely because the existing tools either wanted an account, bolted on features nobody asked for, or looked like they were designed in 2005. We wanted something that does one thing well: find a time that works for a group.

How it works in 30 seconds

  1. Create an event. Name it, pick any number of candidate dates (they can be across different weeks, whatever works), set a time window, and hit create.
  2. Share the link. WhatsApp, email, SMS, or just copy and paste. One button each.
  3. Watch the overlap appear. Participants drag across the grid to mark when they're free. The cells darken where more people are available. The best times rise to the top on their own.

What we left out, on purpose

  • No account. Nobody needs to sign up. Not you, not participants.
  • No clutter. The scheduler is the whole experience. No onboarding, no upsells, no pop-up tutorials.
  • No friction. Create an event in thirty seconds. Send the link. Done.

What's next

We're starting simple on purpose. Over the next few months we'll be publishing guides here on group coordination: how to pick a meeting time that respects time zones, how to handle unresponsive participants, what to do when "everyone" really means fifteen people across four continents.

If you have feedback or ideas, tell us on the contact page. We read every message.

Thanks for using Meetwisely.
