By using Meetwisely, you agree to the terms below. They're short, written in plain language, and designed to be fair to everyone.
1. The service
Meetwisely is a free, browser-based group scheduling tool. It lets you create a shareable event link and collect availability from participants. There is no account required, and the service is provided at no cost.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to harass, defame, impersonate, or threaten any person.
- Include illegal content, personal data of others without consent, or any material that infringes another party's rights in event names or participant fields.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service at scale.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you enter (event names, participant names, availability). Because event data is stored in your browser and encoded into the shareable link, Meetwisely does not claim any rights in it and does not use it for any purpose beyond operating the tool.
4. Sharing links
Meetwisely's shareable URLs contain the event configuration. Anyone with the URL can view and respond to the event. You are responsible for who you share the link with. If you share it publicly, anyone can respond.
5. No warranty
Meetwisely is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. You use it at your own risk. Do not rely on Meetwisely as the sole source of truth for critical, time-sensitive scheduling without verifying results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetwisely and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the service, including missed meetings, lost data, or miscommunication between participants.
7. Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
Because there are no accounts, there's nothing for us to "terminate." If you wish to stop using Meetwisely, simply stop. You can clear any locally-stored data by using your browser's site-data controls.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Meetwisely is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
